Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Currently, we only ship our products within Canada using Canada Post Expedited Parcel. There is a flat-rate cost of $10.00 CAD. Once the order has shipped out, a Canada Post Tracking Number will be provided via email and orders should arrive within 1-6 business days. Please allow 24 hours for the Tracking Number to become active. 

Please note: If an order is returned to us from the mail carrier due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address, there will be an additional shipping charge to the customer for the second shipping attempt. Please re-check your address at checkout!

Taxes

When you place your order, you will be charged the appropriate tax for your province (HST or PST) plus GST. 

Payment Methods & Currency

At Checkout, the total will be shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Feel free to pay using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal.

In Store Pickup

Calgary residents have the option to pickup their order in store and waive the shipping fees. Just select "Instore Pickup @ The Livery Shop" at checkout and we will send you an email when the order has been processed and is ready to be picked up. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

If the product you ordered doesn't fit or is unsatisfactory, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item for a product of equal or lesser* value. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return or exchange. 

Please Note: All Sale Items, earrings & consumable goods are final sale. We will not process any refunds or exchanges on these items.

Before you proceed please ensure that the product has not been used, washed, or worn. 

To return/exchange an item:

  1. Please email us at info@theliveryshop.com and let us know your intentions. Be sure to include your name, order number, and whether you are returning or exchanging your order. If you plan to swap an item, please let us know what you would like as a replacement (including size and colour where applicable). 
  2. Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of the note, to:

Once your returning item has been received and inspected, we'll immediately process your request. If you are exchanging an item, we will send out your replacement item and email you to let you know it's on the way.

If you are returning your item, we will send the refund back to your original method of payment (less the cost of shipping the item to you). We'll email you to let you know the refund has been processed on our end; it may take a couple days to show up on your end depending on how quickly your bank processes it.

If you live in Calgary:

Calgary residents can also visit us in store to process a return or exchange. Please note: any reimbursements will still be refunded to your original method of payment and may take a couple days depending on how quickly your bank gets to them. 

* You will be reimbursed the difference if it is of lesser value.
