Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY 

Returns and exchanges are eligible within 14 days of purchase with receipt and original form of payment. Gift receipts are only good for exchange or store credit, not a full return.

If no receipt is present no refund or exchange will be made regardless of how the item was obtained. Bank statements will not be accepted as proof of payment.

FINAL SALE is applied to any merchandise that has been opened and/or used, any item that appears to be washed or worn and is without tags attached. Items that are marked down ending in $.97, $.99, earrings, vintage, underwear, bodysuits, consumable goods and apothecary. These specifications apply in-store and online. No store credit will be offered on these items and they will be returned to the sender.

Before you proceed please ensure that the product has not been used, washed, or worn. 

You are responsible for the prompt pick up of your online order. The Livery Shop will send a maximum of 3 emails and place 3 phone calls for orders to be picked up. You are responsible for making sure all of your contact information is correct. Orders older than 1 year old will be returned to our inventory and are non-refundable. 

 

To return/exchange an item:

    1. For exchanges or returns within Calgary, you will have the option to come to the store to do your returns. Please email Info@theliveryshop.com to notify the team of your intentions.
    2. If you do not live in Calgary or cannot make it into the store, returns can be mailed back to us. Please include a note indicating your order number and requests, to:

Once the item you wish to return has been received and inspected, we'll immediately process your request.

If you are returning your item, we will send the refund back to your original method of payment i.e. debit, credit, store credit, gift card etc (less the cost of shipping the item to you). We'll email you to let you know the refund has been processed on our end; it may take a couple days to show up on your card depending on how quickly your bank processes it.

 

Payment Methods & Currency

At Checkout, the total will be shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Feel free to pay using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Paypal.

*You will be charged the landing tax of your province, state, country or territory.

 

In Store Pickup

Calgary residents have the option to pickup their order at The Livery Shop. Just select "In Store Pickup" at checkout and we will send you an email when the order has been processed and is ready to be picked up.  

 

Shipping

Shipping rates vary by province:

For all orders under $150 from British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba we charge a $10 flat rate for expedited shipping via Canada Post.

For all orders under $150 from Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut we charge a $15 flat rate for expedited shipping via Canada Post.

For all orders under $150 within Alberta we charge a $10 flat rate for expedited shipping via Canada Post.

We are currently shipping to the United States for a flat rate of $35.

*Returns and Exchanges will be required to be shipped back to the store at the cost of the customer. All returns and exchanges are subject to the Return Policy. Sale items purchased online are FINAL SALE. 


Please note:

Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive in 5-15 business days. Once your order has been shipped we can no longer make changes to you address or reroute the package. Please double check your shipping address and contact information. A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be provided with all shipped orders in North America.  Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to show in the system. Once the shipment has left our warehouse it is the customers responsibility to track their package to ensure proper delivery.

We do not guarantee shipping times and we do not refund shipping costs on any orders. 

International Customers: Customs and/or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient. The store is not responsible for any customs or duties charged. Please check with your countries customs agency for rates.
