It’s been 462 glorious days since I first joined the Livery fam. But sadly, all good things must come to an end. On September 4th, I will be saying see ya later to the old Livery barn and saying hallo to da 6ix.
In light of this, I wanted to take a few moments to say goodbye and thank the Livery for our time together.
Since May 31, 2017, my fateful first day, the Livery has been through so much – an almost tornado, a broken heater on the coldest winter days, the hottest day in Calgary’s history, a robbery, a disturbing beetle infestation, and so much more. But through it all, it’s still going strong and better than ever.
In the past 15 months, I’ve been scared a few too many times, met about 1 million Canadian Pickers fans, heard the hit jam “David’s House” by Niia about 10 million times, met so many great customers, learned so many valuable things, and got to work with the most wonderful people. Inside these barn walls hold many amazing memories and a couple ghosts for sure.
Thank you Livery for the countless laughs, motivational talks, doggo pets, daily style inspo, limitless mehmehs, occasional dance breaks, constant love and encouragement, and for bringing me together with so many beautiful individuals. I will truly miss all the hilarious jokes, the stories, the heart-to-hearts, the picnics, the livery days off, and just any and all time we’ve got to spend together.
The most large n in charge thank you to my lovely Livery fam for supporting me on my new adventure and for all the amazing, incredible, wonderful times – I am eternally grateful for you.
Miss you already.
